Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information. The first is personal information you give us yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, project location and the details you share in a consultation or enquiry form. The second is technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the site you arrived from.

You are never required to give us personal information to read the site. We only ask for it when you want us to get back to you.

How we use your information

We use what we collect for a short list of reasons:

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
• To prepare quotations, proposals and project documents you have asked for
• To run and maintain the website and keep it secure
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them
• To send design updates or newsletters, and only if you have asked to receive them

Cookies and tracking technologies

We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio, such as our website host, our customer relationship system and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law, a court or a government authority in the UAE requires it.

Third party links

The site links to other places, including our social profiles, WhatsApp, Google Maps and project pages hosted elsewhere. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's platform, under their privacy terms. We have no control over how those sites collect or handle data, so it is worth reading their policies before you share anything.

Information security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and our systems are kept up to date.

No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. What we can promise is that we treat your details carefully and tell you if something goes wrong.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for records, warranties or legal reasons. If a project does not go ahead and you would like your details removed, write to us and we will delete them.

Your choices and your rights

You stay in control of your information. You can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message
• Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by writing to us

Send any of these requests to the email address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Children's privacy

The site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version always sits on this page with the revision date at the top, so it is worth checking back now and then. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
